Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, personalized service to customers, including handling complaints and promoting a positive shopping experience.
- Prepare and sell custom-sliced deli items, hot and cold foods, salads, and party trays.
- Maintain cleanliness, visual appeal, and inventory levels of the deli case and work area.
- Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, fryers, and food processors safely and efficiently.
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Receive and organize product deliveries, verify invoices, and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
- Engage in suggestive selling and promote deli products through customer interaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
- Perform all duties with honesty, accuracy, and integrity.
