About The Position

The role of a Deli Clerk at Kroger is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encourage other associates to do the same. As a Deli team member, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. The Deli Clerk also assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and monitors all established quality assurance standards. Most importantly, Deli team members are expected to demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. • Creates an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging other associates to do the same
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return
• Assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitors all established quality assurance standards
