About The Position

The role of a Deli Clerk at Kroger is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encourage other associates to do the same. As a Deli team member, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. The Deli Clerk assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitors all established quality assurance standards. Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging other associates to do the same.
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitor all established quality assurance standards.
