The role of a Deli Clerk: • A Kroger Deli Clerk creates an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging other associates to do the same. • As a Deli team member, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. • Deli Clerk assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitors all established quality assurance standards. • Most importantly, as a Deli team member you should demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
