About The Position

The role of a Deli Clerk: A Kroger Deli Clerk creates an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging other associates to do the same. As a Deli team member, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Deli Clerk assists the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals established for the department and monitors all established quality assurance standards.
