About The Position

The role of a Deli Clerk at Kroger is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and encourage other associates to do the same. As a Deli team member, you will establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Deli Clerks assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor all established quality assurance standards. Most importantly, Deli team members should demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Responsibilities
