Requirements

  • High School/GED
  • 6 Months Customer Service experience in a food & beverage position
  • Ability to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
  • Must possess/have the ability to obtain a current Food Handlers Certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a Deli clerk
  • Experience with cash handling and food handling
  • Alcohol awareness certification
  • Food safety certification
  • Resort/hotel hospitality industry experience
  • 3+ years or more experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and acknowledge owners/guests in a friendly, professional manner while providing quick, responsive customer service.
  • Prepare and serve deli food and beverage items and promote sales of retail merchandise.
  • Maintain outstanding hygiene, greet customers, keep them happy, and take orders.
  • Ensure the quality of food and service is at an outstanding level displaying warmth and friendliness to guests and owners.
  • Respond to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction; assist co-workers with their job duties.
