About The Position

Deli Attendant will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks: Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival at the pool area. Take food and beverage orders from guests and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in setting up and breaking down the poolside area for special events or daily operations. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Process credit/debit transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. Provide information about resort amenities and services to guests. Always uphold the resort’s standards of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 6 months of previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a resort outdoor setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus and preparation methods.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Food Safety and TAM certified
