About The Position

The Café Deli Service Team Member is responsible for an array of tasks to include, first and foremost, providing outstanding 'extra mile' service to our guests, along with stocking the pastry case; and ensuring a sparkling clean café area. Café Deli Service team members have an in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings and are always available to answer guest questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to guests by creating a friendly environment.
• Maintain an orderly station with clean surfaces and fully stocked supplies.
• Correctly identify and weigh products, ensuring accuracy.
• Properly bag or wrap guests' products as necessary.
• Complete all side work as assigned by task sheets and the Café Chef.
