The Degree Apprentice Project Management position at BAE Systems is designed for individuals looking to develop their skills in project management while gaining practical experience. This apprenticeship will allow you to work on varied projects and be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle. You will learn to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The program spans five years and includes annual work placements where you will develop essential skills such as communication, schedule management, budgeting, stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance. You will also have opportunities for stretch assignments and enrichment activities to further support your development.
