Manage and lead the development of Honeywell Defense & Space competitive and non-competitive proposals in response to government, international and commercial solicitations/Requests for Proposals. Build, lead and manage teams of multi-functional individuals to deliver comprehensive, persuasive winning proposals in a short cycle time. This involves defining, developing, and coaching proposal teams to respond to a highly technical request from external customers. This would include process and proposal training. Team leadership tasks include resource management, budget adherence, schedule, and proposal delivery compliance for the full proposal lifecycle. Implement a defined and consistent proposal process including proposal planning, leading the kick-off meeting; developing the proposal schedule; process leadership (compliance matrices, outlines, proposal reviews, etc.); assign team tasks, status maintenance; issue resolution; managing production support; post submittal proposal update management.
