Requirements

3+ years of experience with the DoD
2+ years of experience providing onsite support
Experience developing executive communications and facilitating in-person and virtual meetings
Experience managing conflicts, action items, and issues, and consolidating information for clients, teammates, and leadership
Ability to translate technical language to various audiences
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience executing the action and staff officer role on a Joint Staff, Service, or Agency-level headquarters staff, including at the Battalion , Brigade , or Company Commander level
Experience in a research environment
Knowledge of U.S. Army or DoD processes and policies
Bachelor's degree
