About The Position

As a Defense Mission Professional Training SME, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. As a Ground Combat Element Training Professional, you'll bring tactical and technical expertise to work on projects to improve training readiness across the Marine Corps. You'll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide subject matter support to the Live, Virtual, and Constructive Training Environment for the Marine Corps. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes related to training capabilities and readiness. You'll guide the work we do and the solutions we deliver for training readiness across the Marine Corps. You served your country as a seasoned Ground Combat Arms professional. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Marine Corps.

Requirements

• Experience with institutional training and education requirements.
• Experience working with the various organizations within HQMC, Marine Corps training and education, and the Fleet.
• Experience developing training materials and systems to ensure combat readiness of Marine Corps formations.
• Experience conducting range modernization.
• Knowledge of range instrumentation.
• Knowledge of MCTIMS, Training and Readiness Manuals, and HQMC training policies.
• Ability to assess training simulation systems to ensure they meet the requirements of the training audience.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• 8+ years of experience in the Marine Corps infantry.
• Experience conducting field user evaluations.
• Experience working with Marine Corps training and education.
• Master's degree.
• Graduate of a Command and Staff College or equivalent.
