About The Position

As a Defense Mission Professional Training SME, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for training and education. You'll provide support to the Marine Corps utilizing the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training devices as part of their training. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps. You'll oversee the work we do and the solutions we deliver for Marine Corps units training aboard a Marine Corps base camp and the surrounding area. You served your country as a Ground Combat Arms professional. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Marine Corps. Join us. Requirements

Experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below
Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems
Ability to develop plans and support packages to assist Marine Corps units with accomplishing tactical-level training
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Business, Engineering, or Leadership field

Nice To Haves

Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment
Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process
Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems
Project Management Professional Certification
Graduate of a Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School, Command and Staff College, or equivalent Service-level School
