About The Position

As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don't. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We're looking for an expert like you to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. As a Defense Mission Professional, you'll bring your tactical and technical expertise as you lead a team on projects for Training and Education. You'll provide support to Marines utilizing the Live, Virtual, and Constructive training devices as part of their training. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes in order to improve the training environment for the Marine Corps. You'll oversee the work we do for Training and Education and the solutions we deliver for Marine Corps units training. You served your country as a Ground Combat Arms professional. Further your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Marine Corps.

Requirements

  • Experience planning and supporting Marine Corps training requirements at the regiment level and below.
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Live, Virtual, and Constructive training systems.
  • Ability to develop plans and support packages to help Marine Corps units accomplish tactical-level training.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an Operations Officer or Chief of an infantry or other ground combat arms battalion or regiment.
  • Knowledge of the Marine Corps Planning Process.
  • Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems.
  • Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School or Command and Staff College, or equivalent service level schools.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
