Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the development, sustainment, and management of federal government acquisitions for the DoD.
  • Experience with logistics policy, supply chain or process improvement planning, and project management.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition, sustainment requirements, and organizational functions involved in logistical support.
  • Ability to develop and analyze data to determine logistic objectives and goals.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with weapon systems product support subject matter.
  • Experience with Major Systems Acquisition programs.
  • Experience with program management of major ACAT programs.
  • Experience with the PPBE cycle.
  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA LCL Level II or III Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Guide teams in solving complex problems related to defense missions.
  • Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the nuclear enterprise.
  • Develop Life Cycle Support or Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs) and supportability milestones.
  • Manage lifecycle logistics activities independently.
  • Establish relationships between participants involved in deploying logistics plans.
