The Multi Domain Force Intelligence Department is responsible for programs with the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD I&S), The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), and the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC).

  • Serve as a Defense Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) systems engineer and technical intelligence domain expert.
  • Provide technical expertise to develop, acquire, synchronize, correlate, and deploy Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) digital technology and enterprise capabilities.
  • Conduct analysis of intelligence infrastructure, integration & dependencies underpinning complex capabilities.
  • Identify gaps and develop recommendations to realign the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) capabilities.
  • Assess current & emerging acquisition and programming structure underpinning intelligence information technologies.
  • Advise on the ISR Architecture, ISR data processing, and DoD/IC level governance processes.
  • Lead Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) Modernization efforts.
  • Leverage the Scaled Agile Framework SAFe 6.0 to achieve business agility using Lean, Agile, and DevOps concepts.
  • Collaborate with a diverse joint team (government, FFRDC, SETA, and related partners).
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 10 years of experience in diverse Defense technical or military intelligence domain roles.
  • Current and active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Experience with PPBE for ISR analytical systems.
  • Experience in a systems engineering or consulting role advising DoD senior executives.
  • Excellent managerial communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated success in providing sponsors with data, analysis, and strategies.
  • Self-starter with creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Broad and diverse background in different technical and/or analysis roles.
  • Ability/willingness to work full time onsite in the Pentagon.
  • Familiarity with DoD and Intelligence Community organizational and governance structures.
  • Experience with intelligence-supporting processes and strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability in preparing General Officer/Flag Officer/Senior Executive Service level principals for executive decision-making.
