Requirements

• All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks. Majority of new hires will be hired on 2nd shift.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance and Customer Program Access.
• All Candidates must pass the WorkKeys Assessment (workkeys.com) or provide verification that they have passed the WorkKeys Assessment.
• Delay in completing your WorkKeys Assessment will result in a delay in your start date.
• IMPORTANT WorkKeys note: Any person scheduling their WorkKeys Assessment will be required to present two (2) forms of identification to be verified before their scheduled date for the WorkKeys assessment.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team and independently to build composite structure details and assemblies using carbon and other composite materials.
• Work to instructions from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures, to assure the timely delivery of quality products to the customer.
• Perform multi-tasking and multi-machine operation where applicable.
• Work on platforms up to ten feet above the ground.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Work overhead.
• Work within a team environment.
• Proficient use of technology i.e. computer, phones, laser projection, digital vacuum gauges.
• Use hand pressure and small tools to form and contour lay-up.
• Ability to use tools such as scissors, knives, pushing tools, markers, and other small tools.
• Maintain a clean working environment and clean as you go.
