About The Position
Thurston County Public Defense is seeking two Defense Attorneys to support misdemeanor cases in the District Court unit and manage adult felony trial caseloads in the Superior Court unit. The role varies based on experience, with positions available at Defense Attorney I, II, or III levels. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing a full caseload of felony and misdemeanor cases, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve cases effectively.
