About The Position
The DAI ERP HelpDesk Analyst will provide Tier I Help Desk support for the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) within ASRC Federal. This role involves assisting customers with DAI-related issues, escalating tickets as necessary, and ensuring timely responses to support requests. The analyst will also be responsible for maintaining documentation, creating training materials, and performing system update testing as needed.
