Requirements
- Defect management in UAT or system testing
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in regulated or public-sector environments is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage defect lifecycle during UAT
- Produce daily/weekly test status and quality metrics
- Support defect triage and prioritization discussions
- Ensure testing transparency and audit readiness
