About The Position

The Default Fulfillment Processor – Intern will assist the Default Fulfillment team with general administrative activities including, but not limited to, research, document review, appraisal follow-up and assists the Fulfillment Closers as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• None required
• High degree of organizational skill and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work as a self-starter
• Detail oriented; ability to execute accurately
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow professionally
• General computer skills including Microsoft office

Responsibilities

• Assists with administrative support and research of special projects.
• Assists with general data entry
• Performs other duties as assigned relating to loss mitigation, letter generation and system maintenance.
