Deep Tissue Massage Therapist (LMT) Part Time in Golden/ Wheat Ridge/ Lakewood

Renew Massage Studio in Golden is looking for a part-time therapist to join our dynamic team! We're especially looking for an LMT who excels at engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back and rebooking. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: Earn between $32.00 - $42.00 per massage service hour, based on the service provided (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS). This combines both clocked-in wages and commission. Pay rates reflect your experience and skills, with additional commission opportunities for services like CBD, Cupping,Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal, and Lymph Drainage. Flexible Shifts: We offer flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 6.5 hours. One weekend shift is required, and if you work both weekend days, there is an additional commission. Plus, enjoy paid turnover time and guaranteed annual raises! Comprehensive Benefits: We provide paid sick time for all staff, health insurance partially covered for full-time team members (30+ hours per week), and a 401 (k) plan for qualifying part-time or full-time employees. Requirements
- Must have 1 year of experience working as a Massage Therapist.
- Must work at least 2 shifts a week. We are looking for someone to work at least Fridays and a weekend day .
- Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in Colorado.
- Must be reliable, professional, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Must be able to adjust pressure during massages, including offering Deep Tissue services.
