Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency
• Minimum of 12 months A/R related experience
• Must have excel experience
• Must have time management skills
• Must be organized and able to work with little or no supervision

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves all deductions
• Trains team members on deduction management
• Contacts customers for backup documentation or pulls from website
• Processes deductions in the Company's trade management systems or manually as required
• Communicates with Account Receivable Manager, Accounts Receivable Supervisor, and Region Lead on a daily basis, keeping them informed of account status
• Supports sales teams as needed regarding customer deductions, collections and broker commission processes
• Participates in conference calls as required by management
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
• Performs duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
