About The Position

The Deduction and Collection Analyst at Trilliant Food and Nutrition is responsible for managing customer deductions and collections using Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and HighRadius tools. This role involves analyzing outstanding customer deductions, ensuring accurate cash application, and maintaining good financial standing for customers, which is crucial for the financial health of the organization and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system.
• Proficiency in using HighRadius toolset for cash application and collections.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate and analyze customer deductions.
• Ability to interact effectively with functional leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper cash application in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Utilize customer portals to understand assigned customers thoroughly.
• Monitor deductions for assigned customer accounts daily to expedite resolution.
• Conduct necessary research to validate customer deductions.
