About The Position
The Deduction and Cash Application Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of customer payments, processing of deductions, identifying and analyzing short payments and assigning promotional activities to the appropriate programs. This role provides support to various departments including Sales, Accounting, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Trade Promotions.
