  • Resolve tickets using product knowledge, respond quickly to critical issues, share client feedback to improve services, and create and improve documentation based on ticket insights.
  • Troubleshoot and repair issues, lead technical outage bridges, analyze complex system problems, and perform maintenance activities with minimal supervision.
  • Track operational workflows, analyze data and metrics, identify problem areas, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
  • Support projects as a technical resource, ensure successful implementation, develop utility and monitoring scripts using Python, JavaScript, and AWS, and contribute to design considerations for new products or changes to existing ones.
  • Assist in application configuration, perform routine maintenance tests to minimize impact, and analyze problems in design, configuration, data flow, and data state within complex systems.
  • Maintain consistent attendance, provide regular training and guidance to less experienced team members, participate in on-call duties with flexibility for nights and weekends, and engage appropriate resources to drive issues to closure.

  • At least 2 years' experience in technical support or a technical role.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of web services (HTTP, Web API, Web protocols).
  • Working experience in Python.
  • Understanding of Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Linux CLI.
  • Familiarity/Experience with configuring and deploying software components on Amazon Web Services (AWS); this should include S3 Buckets, Lambda Functions and Dynamo DB.
  • Familiarity/Experience with Operating System Level virtualization such as Kubernetes and Docker.
