About The Position

We are seeking Class A OTR Drivers to join our team! Our working drivers average over 3,000 miles per week, thanks to our optimized load plans designed to maximize your miles. We pride ourselves on providing on-time home time, grading ourselves against a standard of being out for 12 days and home for 2, with every other weekend off and the option to stay out longer if desired. The majority of our freight is located east of I-35, and our drivers can expect to average over 700 miles on their loads. We empower all shifts to meet your needs and provide a dedicated team of operations specialists to assist you with any issues that may arise. Our fleet consists of top-of-the-line trucks equipped with APUs, refrigerators, TV mounts, and social network capabilities. We also offer a clear vision for your journey, including pre-plans to help you succeed.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A License.
• Solid work history in driving.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Drive Class A trucks over-the-road (OTR) to transport freight.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and ensure vehicle maintenance is performed regularly.
• Communicate effectively with operations specialists regarding any issues or needs during trips.
