Dedicated Class A Local Driver | No Touch Freight | Home Daily - Goochland, VA
About The Position
Looking for a home-daily CDL position with steady miles and a consistent schedule? This role offers no-touch grocery freight, predictable routes, and reliable weekly pay — ideal for drivers who want to be home every day while still keeping miles up. Job Details $2,500 sign on bonus! Home daily with 48-hour resets Same two days off each week (weekends not guaranteed) Must report daily to the DC in Gordonsville Mix of dry and refrigerated grocery freight No-touch freight with live unloads at store locations Routes cover VA, NC, MD, PA, and WV Start times between noon and midnight Weekends required Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, with additional shifts available upon request Approximately 1,700 miles per week Slip-seat operation with newer model day cabs Pay & Compensation Average weekly pay: $1,300 - $1,500 Stop pay: $20 per stop Full benefits package available Requirements Valid Class A CDL Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (Trucking school does not count toward experience) Must reside within driving distance of Gordonsville and be able to commute daily Must be able to meet DOT drug & alcohol and safety requirements Tickets, accidents, and criminal history reviewed on a case-by-case basis About The Company: J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental US.
