About The Position

J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental US. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide them with the care they need. This position involves driving with a Class A license, handling no-touch freight, and requires living within 80 miles of Hickory, NC.

Requirements

• Must have 3 months Class A experience within the last 3 years (school training does not count).
• No SAP drivers.
• Must live within 80 miles of Hickory, NC.
• Accidents, violations, tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Responsibilities

• Drive a truck with a Class A license for freight transportation.
• Handle 100% no-touch freight, with 50% live load/unload at customer locations.
• Complete an average of 1,550 miles per week.
• Make 3–5 stops per day, excluding first and last stops, with $15 paid per stop.
• Ensure minimum weekly home time, with 34-hour resets typically starting Saturday and ending Monday.
