Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 3 years
• No SAP drivers
• Accidents and tickets will be reviewed
• Must live in the Memphis and surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Home Weekly (34-hour reset)
• 100% touch freight using rollers, box-by-box live unload
• Delivery States: AL, GA, IN, IL, KY, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV
• Trailer Stops: 3–7 per load, 3 loads per week
• Start Times: Early AM and delivering throughout the day
• Orientation: Paid shadow training at $150/day for 1 week ride along

Benefits

• $1700/week after training
• Top Weekly Pay: Up to $2300
• Unload Pay: $245
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop
• Backhaul Pay: $50
• Pay increases based on experience: $0.50 for 6 months, up to $0.69 for 120 months
