About The Position

J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental US. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide them with the care they need. This position involves 100% touch freight, box by box with rollers, and live unload. The running area includes FL, GA, SC, and some parts of AL. Drivers will be expected to run 3 loads and cover 1500-2000 miles per week, with a schedule that allows for minimum home time weekly and potential resets during deliveries. Most deliveries occur in the early morning, requiring drivers to arrive the night before or early morning to meet delivery times. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Requirements

• Must have 3 months Class A experience within the last 3 years (school training does not count)
• No SAP drivers
• Must live in the Slidell and immediate surrounding area
• Accidents, violations, tickets reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities

• Transport freight across designated routes
• Perform live unloads and handle touch freight
• Ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delivery status
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Benefits

• Average pay of $1400-1800 weekly
• Unload Pay: $240 for each unloaded trailer
• Backhaul Pay: $50 for backhauls
