About The Position

As an Embroidery Specialist within our Decoration Team, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality custom embroidery services to our customers. Reporting to the Decoration Manager, you will focus on the intricacies of the embroidery process, including thread selection, stitch type, and color accuracy. You will work closely with the Decoration Manager to ensure logo library accuracy ensuring customer expectations are met on each order. Though this is a remote role applicants that reside in the Detroit Metro Area will be considered first. Anticipated Start Date: 11/3/25

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in custom embroidery processes.
• In-depth knowledge of embroidery techniques, thread types, and color matching.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with embroidery thread, specifically Madeira
• Worked with Adobe programs, specifically XD, AI
• Strong eye for color
• Some graphic skills that required vectorizing art files

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their custom embroidery requirements.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on completed embroidery work to ensure precision and adherence to customer specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure thread selection for each season.
• Identify styles within the line that will not allow standard embroidery placement.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues related to thread tension, stitch quality, or color accuracy.
• Interact with customers to clarify their customization preferences and provide guidance on embroidery options.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to the embroidery process.
