Requirements

• Prior management experience with tool deinstall activities.
• A Plus if you have knowledge of Decon/Install/Deinstall on OEM equipment.
• Proven track record in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
• Strong communication skills in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Planning: Prioritizing schedules and ensuring timely responses to issues.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental management system guidelines i.e., Ensuring Daily Safety Procedures, Proper PPE Usage, Documentation, and Report Incidents.
• Weekly Meeting: Must attend weekly customer meetings.
• Daily/Weekly Reports: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Manager Semiconductor Field Service Engineers.
• Ability to work in a Team Environment, Excellent Communicator, and Team Oriented.
