About The Position
Emerald Transformer is seeking a Decommission Technician to join our Facility Operations team in Coffeyville, Kansas. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.50. The role involves working onsite from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. As a Decommission Technician, you will be responsible for disassembling decommissioned power distribution units, salvaging metals and usable parts, and ensuring the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations. You will also operate material handling equipment and work closely with other team members in a collaborative environment.
