About The Position

Ensure decorator machine is operating at peak efficiency within quality specifications.

Requirements

• Vocational education a plus ( Mechanical, Technical or similar )
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• 1- 3 years’ experience as a Mechanic in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire-prevention , and environmental protection regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation of decorator equipment while maintaining quality standards
• Perform daily maintenanc e plans and audits of machines/housekeeping according to maintenance plan
• Perform and report technician-level repairs (basic technical repairs)
• Trouble shoot faulty equipment and assemblies
• Assist Decorator Specialist with repair of defective parts
• Perform routine quality checks at the appropriate stage of production
• Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role
