Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Some post-secondary education preferred (i.e., technical, or vocational education).
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must possess an elevated level of focus and accuracy to identify printing issues on bottles.
  • Basic math, computer, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up CNC servo printer and operate CNC OMSO servo, NOVAX M, screens for artwork.
  • Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on department machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor assigned line operation while complying with safety, quality, production, and housekeeping standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and coordinate takeover from the previous shift.
  • Maintain lines for cleanliness and orderliness as the shift progresses.
  • Start-up and shut down lines, perform color and material changes without supervision.
  • Maintain production efficiencies and scrap minimization.
  • Work with the maintenance group to identify mechanical opportunities.
  • Perform changeovers and screen changes without assistance.
  • Train packers as needed and assist with new product trials/sampling.
