We’re looking for a strong, organized Decking Project Manager who knows how to run clean jobs, manage details, and take real ownership in the field. This role is for someone who can manage multiple deck projects at once, order materials accurately, protect job budgets, and keep projects moving without constant supervision. As a Decking Project Manager, you own your projects in the field from start to finish. Once a job is sold and handed to production, you are the point person. You manage the build, coordinate crews, order materials, track budgets, communicate with homeowners, and make sure the job finishes clean and on schedule. You’re not here to babysit. You’re here to execute.
You’re not walking into a mess. We already have systems, standards, and support in place. That means you get to focus on running great projects instead of putting out fires all day. As BOSS Decks grows, this role grows with it. Strong Project Managers here don’t stay stuck. They become senior PMs, production leaders, and key operators as the company scales.

Requirements

• Construction or decking project management experience
• Experience managing multiple jobs at once
• Comfort ordering materials and managing job costs
• Solid understanding of deck framing and sequencing

Nice To Haves

• Experience with JobTread or similar software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Managing active deck projects from start to final walkthrough
• Ordering all materials accurately and on time
• Managing job budgets and protecting margins
• Coordinating crews, subs, dumpsters, and inspections
• Being the main point of contact for homeowners during the build
• Making sure work matches scope, drawings, and company standards
• Keeping JobTread updated with photos, notes, and status
• Catching issues early and fixing them fast
• Closing out jobs clean and professionally
