Deckhand
About The Position
The Deckhand’s role is to help maintain a clean and orderly pool deck to ensure that students are staff and all items remain organized. They may be required to assist Instructors with getting equipment or helping student to and from class. Periodically throughout their shift, Deckhands will clean the locker rooms and make sure toilet paper/paper towels are stocked. A love for working with children and a positive personality are essential. Smiling is part of the Deckhands uniform :) Upholding a team-mentality where all employees support each other and are excited to help teach swimming is FUNdamental!
