Requirements

• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, and manipulating materials.
• Must be drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free.
• No minimum education requirement; on-the-job training is available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trawler for shrimping activities.
• Put nets into the water and retrieve them.
• Sort and head shrimp for processing.
• Place shrimp in baskets, rinse, and dip in preservative.
• Assist in offloading the catch and other related Deckhand/Headers activities.

Benefits
