Requirements
- You are 18+ years old with a passion for working with children
- You bring positive energy, strong communication, and a natural leadership style
- You love helping other grow - whether that's a nervous toddler in the water or a new teammate
- You are available to work a consistent schedule, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends
- You are physically active and ready to be on your feet, in the water, and moving with purpose
Responsibilities
- Lead the team on deck and in the pool - Supervise, support, and train hourly staff, ensuring smooth class operations
- Coach instructors and serve as a lead instructor - Mentor swim teachers to deliver safe, engaging, high-quality lessons
- Celebrate student wins - Observe an encourage progress in the pool with students of all ages
- Support families - Help ensure each customer feels confident and cared for
- Stay organized - Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and enrollment goals
- Upload safety standards - Model and enforce our safety-first mindset for staff and students alike
