About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: The Lamination Tech removes all air from wet glass using a brush and/or roller. Applies layers of wet glass in many different applications. Installs different parts prior to glass work. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs pattern cutting and rolling fiberglass. Properly uses resin and putty. Installs boxes, foam tanks and stringers Grinds out small imperfections Performs general housekeeping. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Ability to work with a team Able to use drills and hand sander Able to follow instructions TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: N/A PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Light lifting, under 20 lbs. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.
