About The Position

Deck Assembly 2 is responsible for assembling various components on the boat to complete installation of the deck.

Requirements

• Able to stand and walk frequently; will not stand in one spot long
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and bending frequently
• Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds of material
• Work inside (without air conditioning)

Responsibilities

• Able to drill out rails and patterns for seat clips on each unit
• Install lids, cleats, side panels, and shifters
• Able to measure out stud locations on each unit, assemble shifters, caulk cleaks
• Ability to read build orders/prints and tape measure
• Experience with air and hand tools such as screw guns, impact guns, caulking guns, and air ratchets
• Understand process of line moves
