About The Position
The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member of the Decision Support and Financial Planning team. This position maintains a broad understanding of our Medical Foundation operations and detailed knowledge of financial models and data analysis. They support the cost accounting system, design new cost accounting strategies, perform analysis on patient data and financial data. Provides guidance to other team members to carry out objectives. Maintains high level of emotional intelligence and executive presence. They are adept in multiple analytical platforms and employs a high degree of critical thinking to all work.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable required
- Proven organizational, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Innate curiosity and penchant for learning
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proven ability to accept responsibility
- Effective presentation skills
- Proven ability working with large, disparate data sets
- Experience building reports and/or dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance Accounting or similar field required
- Equivalent work experience can take the place of education requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager
