About The Position
The Senior Decision Support Analyst is a pivotal role within the Decision Support team, responsible for maintaining and supporting the Decision Support Systems. This includes ensuring the integrity of the data infrastructure and conducting thorough analyses of both internal and external data to support day-to-day operations. The analyst will develop various operational ad-hoc and recurring reports by synthesizing data from multiple sources into clear, meaningful decision-making tools. As a key member of the team, the Senior Decision Support Analyst will collaborate across the organization to support daily operational reporting and analyze key performance metrics that align with the BHP organization's initiatives and goals. PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network serving approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County, and San Gabriel Valley region. The fully integrated network includes PIH Health Downey Hospital, PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital, PIH Health Whittier Hospital, 37 outpatient medical office buildings, a multispecialty medical group, home healthcare services, and hospice care.
