Ability to develop advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and data transformations to support analytics and operational reporting. Ability to develop reports and interactive, user-friendly dashboards, utilizing business intelligence tools like Power BI. Ability to design and implement data extraction, transformation, and automation workflows using programming languages such as Python and C#. Ability to analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends and actionable insights 3–5 years of professional experience in developing reports and dashboards, managing and disseminating traffic-related data, preferably in an IT or government environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data processing skills Familiarity with transportation systems such as ATMS, ITS infrastructure, and traffic management platforms. Understanding of GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data. Requirements
