About The Position
Research, design and develop cutting edge decision science, advanced analytic, data science, and AI models/products to support our Institutional Investor Group. Focus will be on reducing participant friction across their interactions with Vanguard using decision science tools including causal modeling, experimentation, statistical modeling, traditional data science modeling, AI, game theory, among others. The hire will collaborate closely with business partners, fellow decision/data scientists, machine learning engineers, and stakeholders to deliver value to the institutional business. Performs deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decision making.
