About The Position
The Decentralized Learning Specialist (DLS) at Panda Restaurant Group is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs tailored to the needs of store-level management within a designated zone. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and performance of Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and Chefs through collaboration with regional and zone leaders, ensuring continuous growth and improved business performance. The DLS will conduct various training sessions and provide mentorship to support the career development of management staff.
