About the job As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through detailed inspection and assembly processes. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with high-speed separators, decanters, pumps, valves, and more—contributing directly to the success and reliability of our service operations. Currently, this is an on-site opportunity located in Greenwood, Indiana. As a part of the team, you will: Disassemble, inspect, measure, and reassemble mechanical equipment and subassemblies Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to evaluate parts against specifications Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Support shipping and receiving processes including painting, packing, and crating Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols Occasionally support field service work as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years in a manual repair, workshop, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
  • Skilled in using micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools (both metric and imperial)
  • Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability
  • Effective communicator who builds and maintains positive relationships
