A well-established precision component manufacturer is seeking a Deburring Technician to support final part finishing and cosmetic quality. This role is critical to ensuring machined components meet strict visual and quality standards prior to shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with hand tools, and takes pride in producing cosmetically perfect parts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on precision work and takes pride in delivering cosmetically flawless components.
Requirements
- Experience in deburring, secondary operations, or precision finishing
- High attention to detail and strong quality mindset
- Comfortable performing detailed hand work on small, tight-tolerance parts
Nice To Haves
- Experience using microscopes or magnification to detect imperfections preferred
- Backgrounds in CNC machining, quality inspection, finishing, or precision assembly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform manual deburring and finishing operations on precision machined components
- Use hand tools to buff, polish, sand, grind, clean, and finish parts
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections
- Inspect parts for cosmetic defects using microscopes or magnification tools
- Ensure all parts meet required visual, cosmetic, and quality standards
- Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
